  What a bunch of dodgy morons. This business would not survive in a bigger city. Bad service. Arrogant staff. Absolutely awful job on our tiling and refused to fix it when we complained. I can't believed they have not been closed down.

  I would like to thank the staff at Andersens Hervey Bay. Everyone was very helpful when I ordered and had laid my beautiful new carpet and vinyl. I am very happy with both the carpet and vinyl also. I recommend both the products and service to all that admire my new flooring and I get told how lovely it all looks all the time. Thanks again.
